At Wood Play Kids, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each of our products is made to order with careful craftsmanship and attention to detail. As a result, we kindly request that you review the following policy before placing your order.

Made-to-Order Commitment

All of our products are custom-built to fit your specifications. Due to the nature of our made-to-order production process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has entered the production phase.

No Refund Policy

Once the order is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued, under any circumstances, including for changes of mind or incorrect selections.

This policy applies to all products and services purchased through www.woodplaykids.com.

We encourage all customers to review product specifications, sizes, colors, and designs carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement with penalty. After this period, the order moves into production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Cancellations must be requested in writing by emailing us at info@woodplaykids.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue.

We will review each case individually and, if the issue is verified, we may offer a repair, replacement, or adjustment at our discretion.

Please note that minor variations in color, wood grain, or hand-crafted elements are not considered defects and are part of the natural beauty of custom furniture.

Delivery Confirmation

A delivery receipt signed by the customer confirms that the item was received in good condition.

Any issues identified after the signed delivery must be reported immediately and are subject to review.
